I received prompt courteous service the same morning I requested repair of my refrigerator. While the repairman was at my home he explained the problem, what he was doing to repair it, and how I could prevent the same problem in the future. He offered additional preventive maintenance tips, as well. The repair cost was reasonable. If I had waited for the manufacturer’s repairman, projected to be 10 days out, I would have lost hundreds of dollars in meals eaten out in addition to the inconvenience. Same day service was an unanticipated, much appreciated, luxury. I will definitely call Appliance Repair Specialist future appliance repairs.”
